John was recommended by my trusted real estate broker. I initially hired him to do a new flat roof. Given his high quality work, excellent communication and the way he sticks to timelines, I also had him redo the stucco on the entire place, replace 80s plastic skylights with the modern flat glass ones, and completely blow out a kitchen remodel. His ideas on design were super helpful. Though I fought him a little on the fridge placement, he was absolutely right! The whole house is different from that one interior upgrade. I’m sure I’ll have him back in a year or so to tackle the bathrooms. I highly recommend him and his crews!
